Summary
When running with the -V (verbose) flag, MemGator had no indication of which archive was being contacted before the request was made. This adds a single log line at the start of each archive fetch so the output shows which archive is being queried and at what URL, rather than only showing the result after the fact.

Added logInfo.Printf in fetchTimemap to log the archive ID and URL being queried before the request is made
