Software Architect and Co-Founder at TagoIO
I build systems that move device data fast. When they fail at 3 a.m., I am the one reading the logs.
Based in Mount Dora, FL. Originally from Brazil. I write systems software, native Apple apps, protocol engines, and side projects that range from "production-ready" to "it compiles on my machine."
Reqeast: Native multi-protocol API client for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. HTTP, WebSocket, SSE, TCP, and UDP in one app. Built with SwiftUI and Rust. Good enough for people who refuse to run Electron.
MQTee: Native MQTT 5.0 client for Apple platforms. Topic tree browser, iCloud sync, Rust engine underneath. Debugging IoT should not require a terminal and three browser tabs.
TagoTiP: Transport IoT Protocol. Lightweight, human-readable, transport-agnostic wire protocol. About 4x smaller than HTTP/JSON, optional zero-handshake encryption. SDKs in Rust, TypeScript, Go, Python, C, and Arduino.
Warm Burnout: Theme suite for developers who already burned out but still have deadlines. Warm palette, low blue light, WCAG AAA contrast-audited. Your eyes are taking damage and your current theme does not care.
I co-founded TagoIO, an IoT platform for device management, data analysis, and dashboards at scale. I work on backend systems, protocols, and the paths that move millions of device messages per day without losing the plot.
Rust ████████████████████░░ primary weapon
Swift ████████████████░░░░░░ native apps
TypeScript ██████████████░░░░░░░░ when I have to
C ████████░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ embedded / FFI
Systems I work with daily: AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, MQTT, Docker, Linux, and whatever protocol someone decided to invent this week.
Target shooting and home automation. Sometimes both feel like debugging.
