In principle this is no different than providing stemcells in us-gov-{east,west}-1 |

In principle, I agree. I'm more concerned about the "in practice part" 😬 I think this is a great idea but I do think we need to validate that this is the same in practice, as well as principle. |

- uses currently an SAP owned AWS ESC IaaS account - plan is to migrate to an CFF owned IaaS account, see proposed RFC cloudfoundry/community#1441 - requires two additional Github action secrets AWS_ESC_ACCESS_KEY_ID AWS_ESC_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
