Added link to XGrammar in the ML infrastructure section.

This pull request updates the README.md to include a link to the XGrammar repository under the ML infrastructure section. The review feedback suggests removing an extra space for consistency with existing links and notes that XGrammar might not strictly fit the 'bindings and interop' description used for other items in that list.
