Add Catppuccin themeset and reorganize list

Description

This PR adds the catppuccin theme, along with their credits in the credits page as styling options

It also rewords the credits to follow a proper English structure

And lastly reorders the themes in the list to select and adds a simple visual to tell whether the theme is dark or light (the star is used instead of a moon because folds doesnt have a moon)

Which is why its marked as a breaking change aswelll

This should probably be adjusted for the feat/theme-edits-v2 branch and the themes merged into SableClient/themes.
On that note I should probably add you to the org and you can commit directly to that PR if you wish
