About The Company Our client is a rapidly growing, European scale-up in the adtech space, continually adding to their product suite. Operating successfully across the US and Europe, they are now looking to add an in-app monetisation product to their tech stack.
About The Role We are looking for someone to be one of the first members of the team, with responsibility for the delivery of the MVP for the new product. This is an early-stage role with the opportunity to grow a new adtech product from scratch, with full ownership on the architecture and engineering, working closely with the Product Lead.
You'll be looking at:
- Scoping the architecture for the in-app platform
- Delivering the early minimum viable product
- Scaling the MVP to enterprise level
- Managing the architecture costs versus stability and performance
- Liaising with the product lead to ensure alignment on product direction
- Managing OPEX and scaling the initial minimum team required
- Ensuring correct engineering and governance principles are implemented
- Hiring your team
The role will be dynamic and wear different hats during the early stages, until you have scaled your team.
About You You will be super comfortable in start-ups and adaptable to a fluid role.
You will have solid experience in:
- Adtech start-ups, especially mobile DSPs, SSPs, monetisation platforms, etc
- Solid background in cloud, data, back and front end architecture
- Experience building SDKs
- An early adopter of no-code, and failing fast through experimentation
- Deep exposure to RTB, prebid, programmatic etc
- Mobile gaming sector knowledge

What's On Offer The early stage salary is up to €120k pa, depending on location and experience. The role can work remotely and flexibly. We are open to locations in Europe and the Middle East primarily.
