Hi, thank you for this great tool! I have a few feature requests that could make it even more useful:
-
Screenshot / Save plot after pressing Q 🖼️
a) Automatically save the plots (template & spectrum and Euclid image) when the user presses Q.
b) Optionally, name the files according to the source type, or save different types of sources into separate directories for better organization.
-
Add Type 2 Quasar template 🌌
a) Include a type 2 quasar (obscured AGN) template to improve source classification and comparison.
b) Add emission line labels to the template 🔭
Display the main emission line names (e.g., Lyα, CIV, [O III], Hα, etc.) directly on the template plot for easier identification.
-
Show photo-z information 📊
Display the photo-z (photometric redshift) information on the plot or in the interface to provide quick reference.
-
Add a quick jump to a specific spectrum by entering its index.
These additions would make the tool more complete and user-friendly for spectral inspection and source analysis.
Thanks again for your excellent work!
