Logging time is incorrect in docker image #321

Checking logs in the docker container using "docker logs " reveals that the container does not use the current timezone for the host system. Setting the TZ environment variable, (e.g. TZ=Europe/Paris) in docker-compose.yaml does not work either.
Allow changing of timezone so that errors in logs can be correctly matched to the events.
