Detect CDNs for HTTP tests and new timings design

If the user runs an HTTP tests we should detect the CDN being used and show the logo. It can happen on the frontend by checking the headers.
We can use this https://github.com/catchpoint/WebPageTest.agent/blob/master/internal/optimization_checks.py as basis for detection and our existing logo service.
In cases where there is no CDN we could output something else like the web server's logo.

Show where? Most of the time, the logo will be the same for all results, but might also differ, so in each result? Ask for a design update please, and tell Robert to also incorporate our updates from https://globalping.io/?measurement=2wBbPQkYTJ2QuQHr60001zliT (more timings, resolved address, TLS details). Also note that the logo service requires attribution near the images, include that in Figma too.

This is ready and as part of this task we can expand the information per result. e.g. for HTTP tests we should show badges with the HTTP code, for all other tests we show all timings available. Once the design is ready we can go through to each test type to properly set each timing and badge based on available space.
